Easily one of the best movies of the year, it was not well advertised and I almost missed it, a must-see. A wonderfully constructed, artfully designed, aesthetically pleasing, visually stunning, charming, delightful, thought provoking work of art.

There, I just made my English teacher proud, but seriously you need to see this movie. It covers a period of time often overlooked in American cinema, it is both timeless and relevant to today's issues of race, society, equality, and humanity.
