What a unique film. This is a series of moments in the life of a very pleasant, happy, charming, and stupid man. I can't imagine anyone else other than Sellers pulling this role off. Shirley MacLaine is adorable here as well.
I'm having a very, very hard time describing this one. It simply must be seen to be understood.
