Review of Behind the Candelabra (2013) by Janice G — 27 Jul 2013

I forgot it was Michael Douglas most of the time. His performance was incredible. Along with Matt Damon (gorgeous) and Rob Lowe( whose character had the audience in belly laughs each time he appeared) the cast was perfect.

Looking back I can't believe we were so innocent in our outlook regarding the camp Liberace and his sexuality. But it was a time when Rock Hudson came forward and shocked the world. I liked the fact that the sex scenes weren't explicit.
