Review of Before We Go (2014) by Ryan A — 28 Dec 2015
While the first 70 minutes are as strong as any romance can be, the last 20 minutes feel disconnected from the rest of the film. It sort of derails into a somewhat enjoyable but often unrealistic romantic script with the cliche plot twists you can come to expect.
A very strong script and two good performances don't salvage a overall fine movie. Good debut for Chris Evans as a director, he shows great promise.
