Review of Before Sunset (2004) by Steve S — 16 May 2010

This is that rare sequel that is as good and as welcome as the first. I really like "Before Sunrise" and was a little nervous when I heard that a sequel was coming out. But they are both wonderfully acted and the dialogue is crisp and memorable.
Ethan Hawke and Julia Delpy reunite in Paris ten years after they first spent the night getting to know each other. The plot isn't much else, but it doesn't matter. It is wonderful to see these two characters again and spend another day following them around.
