These three (Linklater, Delpy, Hawke) are just perfection together. We reunite with Jesse and Celine 9 years after their wonderful first encounter. We know about them exactly what they know about each other and it's perfect and heartbreaking and wonderful and natural and lovely and witty. What makes these two so (yes) perfect is that they unavoidably and unknowingly changed each other's lives forever and ruined other prospects because of the magical night they spent together. This movie also has one of the most perfect endings I have ever seen on film. It complements perfectly the first film and it's a must watch.
Gee, I really overused "perfect" in this review, didn't I? Oh, well, this film is --yup-- perfect.
