Review of Before Sunrise (1995) by Sean H — 19 Mar 2014
Simply wonderful, it has raw, natural, organic beauty. It's so in touch with life, with the lives of these two people, that it's almost like a documentary. Hawke and Deply are effortlessly charming, and they've got a loose and easy chemistry that makes for fascinating watch.
The third star of course is the city, and it's beautifully presented as something world-wide and tangible yet something completely personal too.
