Review of Before Sunrise (1995) by Yazmin G — 13 Mar 2013
Just become one of my favorite romance stories/movies of all time. The chemistry between Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy is overwhelming but not suffocating. It is refreshing like a morning breeze. As a chemist would say, they are a perfect set of catalyst and reactant that lead to a complete reaction.
The scene that really made me squirm is the couple's sneaky eyeing on each other in a listening booth. Possibly part of my body melted in front of a screen. As Celine put it, "I like to feel his eyes on me when I look? away.
