Perhaps an early inspiration for lost in translation, but this was the perfect romantic film. The leads interactions and chemistry never feel fake or forced, but beautifully natural. Another great achievement for Richard Linklater as director and cowriter.
Surprised this film didn't receive any academy or other award buzz, especially in the screenplay category.
