Before Sunrise is confident enough in itself not to conform to common romance conventions and it is a unique entity because of it. The full effect of the blossoming relationship between Jesse and Celine may not even strike home until after the credits begin to roll but even while it is unfolding their journey is an enjoyable one to be a part of.
