Review of Before Sunrise (1933) by Zachary G — 16 Jun 2014
Once again a wonderful movie tainted by its content. I thought this was a wonderful tale of romance and young modern love. There were many thought provoking topics discussed, much of which felt very natural for the actors to discuss.
Some of the topics I didn't feel comfortable with. It's obviously conversation targeted towards atheists or agnostics, when they make fun of God in some ways. However it does get somewhat spiritual in some ways, and it is quite interesting how their viewpoints are without the knowledge of their Lord and Savior, or at least their defiance to the notion of Him.
And the sexual content was fairly minimal, which was a nice change for a romance movie. The film gets an A+, but a D for a lot of its subject matter and swear words.
