As well-crafted as Before Sunrise and Before Sunset, it is lovely to see how Before Midnight took romantic drama to another level. An intelligently written script, with the on-screen chemistry between Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy that always seemed to work, the movie has managed to exceed my expectations.
Linklater's Before Trilogy should surely be included in anyone's list of greatest trilogies of all time.
