Review of Bee Season (2005) by Matt B — 13 Nov 2007
I just caught this coming on today and I decided to watch it. I never had a real interest in seeing it in theaters, and Richard Gere usually makes me feel the same way Julia Roberts does, which is, "I hate you, so please don't ruin this movie by being in it." And contrary to what you may think, I can actually watch Pretty Woman without any trouble. Feel free to ask me why because I'm not typing all that here right now.
This movie was different and interesting, but at the same time, I didn't feel especially moved by the film, except for the end, but that almost felt anticlimactic. It was just a "Hmm, that was pretty good, I guess," kind of movie.
