Fun, original, but does not compare at all to the remarkably similar Mary Poppins. Angela is still great, though, and the cartoon live-action mashup is fantastic. The songs are forgettable, and the story is kind of crap.
But ya know, oh well. It's Angela Freaking Lansbury. C+.
