Review of Bedknobs and Broomsticks (1971) by Alex A — 31 Oct 2011
Pretty good fluffy Disney stuff here. Angela Lansbury's great, one of the reasons being, it's her performance, and all her singy, dancey stuff, that stop the live action parts becoming boring.
The special effects, animation (for the time) and the songs are top banana.
This was one of my favourites when I was a kiddiewink, and, for me, it's lost very little of its original magic.
