Review of Becket (1964) by Charlie P — 25 Oct 2012
A well-done historical epic that is dramatically effective. It shines, mostly due to the masterful performances by Peter O' Toole and Richard Burton. O'Toole is humorously maniacal and gripping, while Richard Burton is g and subtly compelling.
This makes for quite a contrast... and some riveting chemistry.
