Review of Beauty and the Beast (2017) by Noah M — 17 Dec 2017

Definitely my favorite and to me the best of all of the live-action remakes of disney animated films so far. They did an amazing with adding some more backstory to this one that was not in the original.

They do a splendid job with staying true to the way the original one was with still being able to add things to help it stand on its own as it's own movie. The casting was great. So with that the live-Action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast it's not only able to stay true to the original but is able to add to it to make like a whole new movie.

I though the acting and voice performances were spectacular especially Emma Watson, Luke Evans, and Dan Stevens as well as Josh Gad, Kevin Kline, Ewan McGregor, Emma Thompson, Audra McDonald, and Ian McKellen.

The direction from Bill Condon was amazing. The writing and screenplay from Stephen Chbosky and Evan Spiliotopoulos was fantastic done. I loved the the musical score and soundtrack by Alan Menken. I though all the musical numbers and song were spectacular.

Also I loved the addition of the song evermore that was not in the original. All of the visuals in the movie were gorgeous. My favorite Disney movie of all time, my 2nd favorite musical of all time, my 3rd favorite romance movie of all time, and one of my top 5 favorite movies of all time.
