Review of Beautiful Thing (1996) by Damien K — 23 Jun 2009
I really liked the story and the boys, but some thing was lacking. As if the actors were confused as to what they were suppose to pretend they were feeling. I thought the Mama Cass obsessed friend was cute, but I didn't buy the part where she takes acid and actually thinks she really is Cass.
It's worth the rental, but if you're on a date, make sure dinner was REALLY good.
