Review of Beautiful Girls (1996) by Jonathan B — 23 Nov 2010

I really liked this. It reminded me of an Edward Burns film. The story had some pretty powerful actors and it was told mainly through dialog about friends. I saw a lot of older movies that were in this style and I really liked it.

Now it seams like everything is a romantic comedy or an action flick. It's nice to have a real movie with real issues without making into a sappy chick flick. Also, you get to see a young Natlie Portman which was weird.
