You know when you're sometimes in a semi-sad nostalgic mood and not sure about the world around you. You don't look for insiration but rather reassurance that things are alright and there's sense in being optimistic although not at the given moment.

And you watch an almost random movie - that would be boring at other times but right now is the one that sets things right. That's what "Beautiful girls" did for me. And I love it for it.
