Beasts of No Nation is a horrifying film to watch, but at the same time it is an important film to watch. If this movie is not nominated for Best Picture, even though it is a Netflix movie, there is something seriously wrong with the Academy.
The performances in this film make it more than just a movie, it brings the horror of war in Africa to life as realistically as possible without being in the situation yourself.
