Review of Beasts of No Nation (2015) by Phildog — 23 Oct 2015
This is not a fun movie to watch. It is raw and real in a way many people film makers try and realize but never do. The result is a movie that depicts war in the kind of horrific realism on that can only be compared to movies like Full Metal Jacket and American History X.
It is definitely a film worth seeing but understand that going into this it may not be something you can handle.
