Review of Beaches (1988) by Aniko V — 26 May 2009
I saw this actually once long ago, and, shame on me, forgot about it. I really shouldn't have: it's a great movie about the power of friendship. Mayim Bialik is amazing as Bette Midler's child version - and BM is of course, great, too, as herself :-).
