Review of Beaches (1988) by Dominic S — 27 May 2013
A great story about two woman who have been friends since they were eleven. This emotional roller coaster of a ride movie which takes you to laughter and then sadness is about their off and on relationship during their long lasted friendship.
I know this is a chick flick but this is a great movie. I love Bette midler. She not only is talented at acting but she is also great at singing which gives this movie a heck of a good soundtrack too.
Barbara Hershey gives a strong performance here too. This is such a great movie with such great actors that give a hell of a show. I don't tear up that much to any movie but did watching this. I'm telling anyone who has not yet watch this to please do because If not you are missing out on one of the greatest movies of a lifetime.
