I found it amusing. It copies a few scenes from the first, Get Shorty, and it has a lot of famous names in it. Andre 3000 was really good, even though it was kinda of silly. The Rock was just amazing, pure awesome.
The songs they got Linda Moon to sing, though, they were horrible. Musically, fine, but cheesy and without any depth, there's no way it would be a real song. Nice performance with Aerosmith, though.
Worth it for a light, funny movie.
