Look I don't mind the movie remakes of old television shows. In fact I've really enjoyed some of them (21 & 22 Jump Street, A-Team). However, those were comedies with some action that were actually funny.

Now we have Baywatch. A movie that is clearly meant to be a series of movies, but man was this thing not funny and simply pretty dumb. Look I don't mind suspending belief for the sake of laughs, but when you ask me to suspend belief and then come with very few laughs.

..no thanks. I never did watch the original show, but didn't watch 21 Jump Street or the A-Team either, so that doesn't matter. The ladies will enjoy looking at Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson, and there are some gals not hard on the eyes either.

There are a few scenes where you chuckle, but two of them involve male genitalia. The summer has not started well for comedies for sure.
