Review of Battlestar Galactica: Razor (2007) by Aren B — 28 Oct 2010
"Battlestar Galactica: Razor" plays like a minor episode of the television series. While learning the back-story of the Battlestar Pegasus is interesting and adds surprising depth to Season Two of the television series, the wavering focus and lack of a compelling protagonist makes it somewhat forgettable.
The best moments are a flashback involving a young William Adama and the destruction of the twelve colonies from the perspective of the Pegasus. These moments alone make this TV movie worthwhile, and along with the short running time, "Razor" becomes a necessary, although uneven, viewing for "Battlestar Galactica" enthusiasts.
