Yes, the plot sucks, the acting sucks, the humors childish, the dialogues stupid, yet, the movie is quite satisfying in its own cheesy way. Like eating KFC when you are hungry.
The shots are colorful and expressive. Action scenes will keep you at the edge of your seat. It feels so cool seeing the old-fashion battleship blow up the "space"ship. The girl friend is totally hot.
**** the critics, this movie has made my evening a very enjoyable one.
I'm not a fan of navy or warships, but I'm sure people who dig these stuffs would find this even more entertaining.
