Review of Battle Royale (2000) by Noah Abraham G — 12 Nov 2012
"Battle Royale" is brutal, disturbing and wonderful. Well-acted (and the version on Netflix doesn't even use dubbing!) with great action and performances. It juggles a lot of characters, but we really care for them.
It's a nice bit of dystopian black comedy, and it definitely lives up to the hype.
