Review of Battle of the Sexes (2017) by Miccael — 26 Feb 2018

Nicely done movie. Can be hard to watch because it's slowly paced but it is nice story that I did not know about. It's good that now women are paid equally as men in tennis (at least), but kinda sad that even this legendary match did not act as an evidence that men and women should compete in same scenarios.

I did some research on it, top male sportsmen always perform better than top female, except shooting, where they compete together. There were some subtle gay/lesbian/bisexual agendas in the movie which, thankfully, they did not put that agenda too much.

The main point here was equal pay and showing that women can do pretty well against men in sports.
