One of the best in the series. Brings the series right back to the beginning. Roddy McDowall is good as always (he always has been the best ape in the series). Claude Akins has an interesting turn as General Aldo.
Better filmed and constructed than the second or fourth in the series and leaves the series off with a good taste in fans mouths.
