Vietnam spawned a number of great films. The ones that were more compelling were those that showed life after that conflict. We haven't reached that stage yet with Gulf War vets but the great films on the morality of the battlefield continues with the Battle for Haditha.
It is another tale of the decisions that we make when faced with a strange environment with the threat of death overhanging.
