Review of Batman: Year One (2011) by Marlan M — 12 Jul 2012
Although the title character of this film is Batman, Jim Gordon is probably the real star. I didn't dig Batman's voice as much -- sounded a little too dead for me, but Bryan Cranston as Gordon was amazing.
The art was great, and some of the lines (probably taken from the graphic novel, been too long since I read it to remember) were just badass. Definitely my new favorite from DC's line of animated features.
