Review of Batman: Year One (2011) by Dc E — 20 Feb 2012
Honest and true adaptation nearly frame for frame replicates Frank Miller's classic tale of the Dark Knight. My only problem with the film was the voice work for Batman/Bruce Wayne. The adaptation of Batman's voice in the film seemed wooden compared to veterans like Kevin Conroy, a DCAU staple.
However, Jim Gordon's voice work was sensational. A must see for any Batman Fan.
