Review of Batman: The Killing Joke (2016) by Tmca L — 27 Jul 2016
The problem with this movie is the prologue, with us following Batgirl, before they actually get to the part of the story, where it starts to be an adaptation of what the film is based off of. It was unnecessary and felt kind of uncomfortable, and you'll know why when you watch it, but without the prologue it's a twisted, unsettling (in a good way), insane, very well put together film with perfect casting for Batman and The Joker.
Kevin Conroy as Batman and Mark Hamill as The Joker. They've been the perfect voices for these characters since they started back in the 90's. The animation could've stayed true to the graphic novel but I'm not really upset about that because the animation is still great either way.
