Review of Batman: The Killing Joke (2016) by Akramul I — 14 Aug 2016

Most DC animated movies are faithful to their source material, but this doesn't quite fit it. Not only was the half hour prologue unnecessary, it was shocking for fans to see batgirl to have feeling for batman.

Even though the rest of the film was quite faithful, they weren't able to match Brian Bolland's haunting art style. Lastly, it changes the final conversation of batman and joker and makes them have a sentimental moment: even more shocking than batgirl's feelings!
