I have never read the original Graphic Novel due to the fact I can't buy them in my country but I'm guessing this movies did justice to it.This movie is probably the high point for DC comics animation as it is gritty,dark,sometimes comical and delivers one of the most chilling Joker scenes ever.
This movie got everything right.From the action to the dialogue and even to the sometimes bad voice acting(Looking at you Mark Valley).All in all this my favorite of all the animated Batman movies due to the dark overtone,story and the overall AWESOMENESS.
