Probably the best WB/Marvel animated film I've seen! Amazing conclusion to The Dark Knight Returns - as is the graphic novel - obviously made more interesting and threatening with the inclusion of The Joker, Batman's one true nemesis.
Quite violent for a 'cartoon', it is excellently paced, well-animated and extremely faithful - because to change anything is unnecessary, as TDKR is hard to top! Nice to see elements of this that are incorporated into The Dark Knight Rises.
