Worth it for the finale. The build up I felt lacked true pace absence of an aged big bad to rival the real aged big bad was glaring ( the Harvey 1 face Dent sub plot didn't mount to much). The final fight is the best throwdown in animation I've seen in a long time, possibly ever.
Bone crunching impact that really pays off both for plot conclusion and satisfaction in seeing Bats do his thing.
