Dark and bizarre; an interesting take on the Penguin (De Vito's super creepy) and Pfieffer does Catwoman the best. Shows where Tim Burton could have taken the series before Warner Bros. and Schumacher crapped all over it.
People may rave about Nolan, but nobody does atmosphere like Burton.
