Still the most credible of the Burton/Schumacher run, although Burton's free reign to be as dark as he wanted; resulted in a movie the 'happy dinner' crowd couldn't get behind, and were so angry about; we got 'Batman Forever' and then the full fat cheesy crap-burger of 'Batman & Robin' and the death of the franchise until Nolan saved the Bat again.
