Keaton puts off a good performance again but DeVito's performance of the Penguin through it off. I pictured the Penguin as one of Batman's only villains to be be sane and eloquent, unlike the creature in this movie.
Nonetheless, Burton saves the day along with Michelle Pfeiffer's iconic performance of Selina Kyle.
