Kind of goofy but retains somewhat of a balance. Jim Carrey looks like he's having a ball playing the Riddler, Tommy Lee Jones is a good Two-Face, Val Kilmer is a decent Batman and Nicole Kidman is a fine choice as Batman's latest love interest.
I'd say this is underrated.
