Review of Batman Forever (1995) by Jimmy P — 24 Jul 2014
The "Rave/EDM Dance Party" version of Batman. Two-Face and the Riddler (technically Jim Carrey being Jim Carrey) are so over-the-top and cartoony, Gotham is all lit up and flowing with neon lights (same with the Batmobile), and all around corniness throughout the movie.
As a follow up to the Burton films, it fails so badly, though not as bad as its successor, lol. Goddamn Warner Brothers for listening to the bitching soccer moms and going more family-friendly.
