Review of Batman Forever (1995) by Aidan A — 28 Mar 2016

This is a movie that actually comes surprisingly close to working. You might even realize when watching it that the script is quite solid. Additionally, the roles of Batman and Riddler are well performed if you are okay with the tone this movie was going for.

It's just that the actors for Two-Face and Robin have consistently awful line delivery, dragging down much of the movie with them. Despite their best efforts, they simply couldn't tap into Jim Carrey's unique energy.
