Neon lights and Chris O'Donnell? come on Schumacher.
The movie was way too light and did not suit the Batman tone, but I will give it to Jim Carrey because I found that he was a very entertaining Riddler.
Although Riddler is not supposed to be an over the top character and Two Face too (he was like the Joker).
