Review of Batman Forever (1995) by Rafael R — 17 Jul 2012

This movie is at times painful, there is NO difference between Batman and Bruce Wayne, Robin never stops complaining, Kidman is obnoxious, The Riddler and Two Face should have been called, Jim Carrey and Some crazy guy because they are nothing like The Riddler and Two Face.

But above all of these miscues the one that bothers me the most is Schumacher portrayal of Gotham City, what is probably the darkest city in ALL of comic books is portrayed as some sort of black light night club.

This movie is nothing at all like the comic book, it's seems like Schumacher saw the 1960's TV Show and said yeah I can make this work.... To Batman fans this is pitiful but what's really sad is that this isn't the worst Batman film.
