Review of Batman Begins (2005) by Essenceofsugar — 20 Aug 2012
Considering this was directed by Christopher Nolan, I thought this was going to be good. This should start of the trilogy in a good way, I thought. Then I watched it and thought, damn, this is stupid. The dialogue is mostly inane and the film blows itself into epic proportions of action and fighting nearly halfway through.
The villain is ridiculous and looks like he was meant to scare kids than be properly chilling to older people. The back story develops into this? Even Christian Bale and Liam Neeson were only mildly entertaining.
