Review of Batman Begins (2005) by Superbat — 22 Jul 2020
Batman Begins is the superhero origin movie which we needed, but didn't deserve. After the disastrous Batman movies of the 90s, this movie successfully reinvented the character by giving him a compelling, more realistic origin story than we had seen before.
It's not perfect by any means; the editing is not the best, and the fight scenes feel rushed. However, the performances are solid for the most part, and both the score and the settings are great. If you're a Batman fan, Batman Begins is a must-see.
