Not much can be said about Batman and Robin that haven't been said before. Poor directing, lacking in storytelling, outrageous portrayals of characters and distracting bright colours in each scene.
Was Schumacher making a movie or a toy commercial? The Batmobile looked like pure garbage, the Batman and Robin suits looked cheap, and the bat nipples...oh the bat nipples. George Clooney as Batman was a disgrace.
His very first words to Mr. Freeze were so weak and dumb. "Hi Freeze, I'm Batman". Please just shoot me now. Chris O'Donnell as Robin was very annoying and irritating throughout the film and we still haven't gotten to the ice puns.
.. oh the ice puns. At the beginning of the movie we saw Batman and Robin riding on metal clunks from Freeze's rocket in the sky. That right there should have been a sign for bad things to come. How about the convenient ice skates they had inside their boots? Or the Bat Card? Or how about the .
..ice puns? I am so sick of this that I'm just going to stop right here. And Mr. Freeze, if the dinosaurs were still around in 1997, then it wouldn't have been the Ice Age that killed them; it would have been this movie.
